Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling

Bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the rental start time, subject to availability.
3. Weather Policy

Full refunds will be issued in the event of:

Official national weather warnings

Ferry cancellations preventing access to the island
4. No Shows / Late Arrivals

No refunds will be given for:

Failure to arrive

Late arrivals reducing rental time
5. Early Returns

No refunds are provided for early return of equipment.
6. Equipment Issues

If a bicycle becomes unusable due to mechanical failure:

A replacement will be offered where possible

A partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the business
7. Business Cancellation

Rothaí Inis Meáin reserves the right to cancel bookings due to:

safety concerns

extreme weather
-
operational issues

In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
